Marble mastic is a two components general use building adhesive. Based on polyester ,with fast curing (3-6 minutes)It is mainly for filling and bonding all kinds of natural stones, ceramics etc.

Main Composition:

Polyester resin, Peroxide, filling

Features:

Fast hardening at 3-6 minutes in room temperature, and further proceeded available at 2 hours.

Mixed ratio at A:B=100:2-3

Good adhesion and working properties (grinding,milling,drilling),easily polishable.

Colors: Clear beige white black green red and others

Application:

Filling ,patching, bonding and restoration of natural and cast stones, ceramics and porcelain tiles.

Other adhesion for all kinds of material such as metal, stone, Ceramic, Glass, Wood etc.

Physical and Chemical Properties:

Aspect: Clear beige white black green red color paste

Viscosity: 100,000-800,000 C.P

Density (25^oC) 1.20-1.60

Packing:

1Kg/Tin , 3kgs/Tin, 5kgs/Tin, 20kgs/Tin or as per customer request.

Using Direction:

Keep the surface to be bonded dry and clean.

Mix part A and part B at the weight ratio of 100:2-3 thoroughly;

Apply with a steel facer or other tools to the surface to be bonded;

Attention:

Do not use on oily surface; Do not work in wetting places; Make the surface coarse if it is polished; Workable temperature arranges from 10 to 40.

Preheat the adhesive if apply in winter.
Personal protection: Wearing suitable gloves .glasses or screen for face, The adhesive and hardeners may cause chemical harms to skin and eyes,

Shell life: 12 months stored in cool place with original package.
