DLB-7600 is a 100% RTV superior silicone sealant mainly use for all kinds of curtain wall such as Glass curtain wall, ACP curtain wall, Stone Curtain wall.

Features:

One component Neutral cure 100% RTV Silicone Sealant;

Specially designed for weatherproof and waterproof for all kinds of curtain wall;

No corrosion to metal, coated glass, concrete and stones etc;

Excellent weatherproof ability, UV resistance, water proof;

Good performance at high and low temperature, -50^oC 150^oC;

Great adhesion to most building materials and good compatibility to other neutral silicone sealant;

Color: Black, white, grey and other color as per customer

Application:

Weather ability seal for various curtain wall, such as glass curtain wall, ACP curtain wall, Crystallized panel etc.

Joints seal for kinds of concrete, plastic and metal etc.

Other application for construction and engineering use.

Technical data:

Restriction

Do not use for structural adhesion.

Do not use on surface with grease, plasticizer or other solvent;

Do not use on frosty or damp surface, or places buried underground or underwater;

Do not use on paint, in case seal failure caused by crack or peel off of the paint layer;

Do not use on the surface which may be of direct contact of food or places easy to be worn and torn

Do not use when it is lower than 4 higher than 40.

Safety rules:

Keep away from children, avoid contact with food and cosmetics;

Apply in drafty places; Inhale of vapor released from uncured sealant or curing will damage the health;

Do not contact the uncured sealant with skin for long time;

In case of contact with eyes, rinse with plenty of water and appeal to doctor immediately.

Storage and transportation:

12 months shelf life if stored separately in cool and dry places, Temperature below 27;
