800 fast epoxy mastic is a two components structural adhesive. With high adhesion and fast curing from Epoxy and polyester, It is applicable in low temperature to use as not only filling and bonding for stones but also for stone curtain wall and construction fixing etc.

Main Composition:

Modified Epoxy resin, Peroxide, Quartz

Features:

High strength of adhesion

Fast curing at 5 mins and ready to be burdened in 2 hours

Workable in low temperature -5^oC

Vertical use and no contamination to stones

Water Resistant, freeze resistant, acid and alkaline resistant

Application:

Fast dry hanging for stone curtain wall in low temperature;

Other structural adhesion for all kinds of material such as metal, stone, Ceramic, Glass, Wood etc.

Aspect: beige paste

Viscosity: 350,000-800,000 C.P

Density (25^oC) 1.65-1.75

Packing:

1.5Kg/Tin 12Tins/CTN; or as per customer request

Using Direction:

Surface cleaning to make sure it is out of loose layer .dirty and oil;

Mix part A and part B at the weight ratio of 100:2~3 thoroughly;

Apply with a steel facer or other tools to the surface to be bonded;

Refer to the guide for use and the process of application.

Attention:

Do not use on oily surface; Do not work in wetting places; Make the surface coarse if it is polished; Workable temperature arranges from 10 to 40.
Personal protection: Wearing suitable gloves .glasses or screen for face, The adhesive and hardeners may cause chemical harms to skin and eyes,

Rinse with water immediately and call a specialized doctor in serious case.

Shell life: 12 months stored in cool place with original package.
