Clear Liquid Marble mastic is two components Based on polyester resin, with fast curing (3-8 minutes)It is mainly for filling, bonding and fixing all kinds of natural and artificial stone. Especially for high level stone processing.

Main Composition:

Polyester resin, Peroxide, filling

Features:

Fast hardening at 3-8 minutes in room temperature for assembly processing.

Excellent fluidity and penetration ability

Mixed ratio at A:B=100:2-3

Good adhesion and working properties (grinding,milling,drilling),easily polishable.

Application:

Filling, bonding and fixing all kinds of natural and artificial stone. Especially for high level stone processing.

Viscosity:1000-2000 C.P

Density (25^oC) 1.10-1.15

Packing:

1Kg/Tin , 20kgs/Tin or as per customer request.

Using Direction:

Keep the surface to be bonded dry and clean.

Mix part A and part B at the weight ratio of 100:2-3 thoroughly;

Apply with a steel facer or other tools to the surface to be bonded;

Attention:

Do not use on oily surface; Do not work in wetting places; Make the surface coarse if it is polished; Workable temperature arranges from 10 to 40.

Preheat the adhesive if apply in winter.

Shell life: 10 months stored in cool place with original package.
