Dry hanging epoxy mastic is a two components structural adhesive. With high strength of adhesion. It is mainly for structural bonding.

Main Composition:

Epoxy resin, Organic modified amine, Quartz powder

Features:

High strength of adhesion and Curing at 40 minutes

Mixed ratio at A:B=1.1:0.9

Vertical use and no contamination to stones

Water Resistant, freeze resistant, acid and alkaline resistant

Application:

Dry hanging for stone curtain wall;

Adhesive for precast-concrete forms

Pattern making for marble or tiles

Fissure filling for concrete

Other structural adhesion for all kinds of material such as metal, stone, Ceramic, Glass, Wood etc.

Using Direction:

Surface cleaning to make sure it is out of loose layer .dirty and oil;

Mix part A and part B at the weight ratio of 1.1:0.9 thoroughly;

Apply with a steel facer or other tools to the surface to be bonded;

Attention:

Do not use on oily surface; Do not work in wetting places; Make the surface coarse if it is polished; Workable temperature arranges from 10 to 40.

Preheat the adhesive if apply in winter.
